We're an international team working on a blockchain-based tool for public procurement officials and agents. We're currently looking for feedback on our product. If you can give us fifteen minutes of your time and answer some quick questions, please reply to this thread so we can reach out.
The following questions have been raised during the PPKEP Virtual Platform on e-Catalogs and can lead to interesting discussions, pleaseshare your thoughts or experiences:
I have been doing e-GP Readiness Assessments at the beginning of each of the e-GP Initiatives from the World Bank. Usually I customise the questionnaire based on the country context. Most of the time, respondents complain that the questionnaire is too long. And in some cases, necessary information are not captured. I would propose to revise the questionnaire making it relevant.
Expecting input from the community to make it more relevant to be used in all the WB e-GP Initiatives.
Attached one of the recent templates I am using.
I am looking for some examples where e-procurement has bring improvement in the performance of Procurement performance specifically in Power sector
In the past, we have used E-Government Procurement (e-GP) to differentiate from e-Procurement in the private sector. Before launching a CoP for this topic, it would be interesting to collect views on whether we should continue to use "E-GP" or whether we should use E-Procurement or any other name. Please join the discussion and submit your views.
